- What is your return policy? Please make sure to choose your color and size carefully and double check that you've spelled your name correctly for customization. Because all items are custom made we do not accept returns unless it is due to a defect in printing or manufacturing. If there is a problem please contact us within five days of receiving your order.
- When will my items arrive? Each web sale for each school/organization is open for a time period set by the coach/sponsor. After the sale ends, good go into production and will be delivered to the group leader 10-12 business days after the sale end date.
- How much is shipping? Most items are delivered in bulk to the group lead/coach. If items are being shipped, shipping cost will vary based upon the order quantity. All items will be delivered via UPS, USPS or a third party.
- What if I need to make a change? Please contact us immediately if you make an error. Be prepared to give the order number and the date you ordered. Send an email to email@example.com or contact us by phone at 248-251-0211. Please note that we can not make changes once the cut off date has passed!
